We already manage our data internally, why do we need an external consultant?

The simple answer is our knowledge and our impartiality. TPS team members have more than ten years hands-on experience in a wide range of farms and hatcheries around the world. Our teams’ disciplines include Technical production staff, experienced offshore feeders, divers and accountants; this allows us to have a wide range of views on any problem we encounter. Our impartiality allows us to analyse data with a fresh eye and make recommendation for what is best for the farm. The most conclusive reason why using an external consultant is the right choice is it frees up the Production manager from essential but time-consuming office work. Finally, because we are on the outside, we can compare your data to other customers anonymously, so you can see how you are performing compared to the competition in what is referred to as benchmarking.

How can I trust TPS with my data?

All data is protected as a matter of paramount importance. TPS adheres to the Data protection act 2018 (UK) AND commits to a non-disclosure agreement with all clients.

Do we get to meet face to face before we start the process?

TPS is a primarily a remotely operated service however, should a face to face meeting be required we often visit our customers all around the world, so a meeting is of course possible.

Currently, we have customers ranging from ten thousand tonnes to three hundred tonnes, and all our customers are of equal importance.
